LeaveRights is a free tool built to help workers understand and use their legal protections, especially workers with mental health conditions, neurodivergent conditions, and those in addiction recovery.
Too many workers don't know that federal and state law protects them when they need time off for mental health treatment, accommodations for ADHD or autism, or leave for addiction recovery.
Employers count on that ignorance. HR departments routinely dismiss invisible disabilities. Workers get fired for taking mental health days. People in recovery get treated like liabilities.
LeaveRights exists to close that knowledge gap for free, with no strings attached.
LeaveRights uses a deterministic rules engine that evaluates your eligibility under FMLA, ADA, and state-specific laws. Here's what that means:
